General Terms and Conditions of Sale

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Application of the Terms and Conditions The offer from Seujet Automation Sàrl via its websites (www.sjtautomation.com and www.seujet-international.com) is intended exclusively for business customers and not for private individuals.

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship arising from the sale of industrial automation parts (« Goods ») by Seujet Automation Sàrl (« Seujet Automation ») to the purchasing customer (the « Customer »). They apply to all contracting parties of Seujet Automation in the context of the sale of Goods.

Any purchase of Goods by a Customer implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over the Customer’s own terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Seujet Automation. Special conditions explicitly accepted in writing by Seujet Automation may derogate from these Terms and Conditions but will only apply to the specific sale for which they were granted.

Any amendment, waiver, or partial or total exception to these Terms and Conditions will not be binding on Seujet Automation unless expressly accepted in advance in writing by Seujet Automation.

Seujet Automation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to the Customer in writing and are deemed accepted if the Customer does not object in writing within 10 days of the notice.

Article 2: Goods Illustrations, photos, or descriptions of Goods provided by Seujet Automation are for informational purposes only and do not bind Seujet Automation. Sales documents and technical descriptions provided prior to ordering are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless stated otherwise, all transport, insurance, authorization, and certification costs are borne by the Customer. The Customer is also responsible for all taxes, duties, customs fees, and other charges related to fulfilling the sales contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3: Orders Orders via the website Orders may be placed through Seujet Automation’s website at www.seujet-international.com. Clicking the “Buy” button after providing payment information constitutes a sales contract.

Orders via written or electronic communication Customers may place orders by submitting a purchase order via letter, fax, email (sales@seujetautomation.com), or any other agreed method (« Order »).

If the item shown on the website is out of stock, the listed price is not binding. Seujet Automation may issue a new offer or decline the request.

Purchase orders or similar documents sent by the Customer are considered non-binding offers. The Order becomes binding upon written confirmation from Seujet Automation or upon issuance of an invoice.

If Seujet Automation responds to an Order with a modified offer, the Customer must reject it in writing within 5 days, failing which the modified offer is deemed accepted.

For « Available on Order » products, delivery time depends on supplier lead times. Seujet Automation will inform the Customer of any delays.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery times are indicative. Reasonable delays do not justify order cancellation or damages. Partial deliveries are allowed if they do not unreasonably harm the Customer.

Seujet Automation will manage shipping and choose the most suitable method unless otherwise agreed. Customers may collect Goods directly if agreed in advance.

Tracking information will be shared once the Goods are dispatched. An email with estimated delivery time, carrier name, and tracking number will be sent. Seujet Automation is not responsible for delivery delays after dispatch.

In case of doubts about solvency, Seujet Automation may require immediate payment and suspend deliveries.

Seujet Automation may offset mutual claims. The Customer may only offset claims that are acknowledged or court-ordered.
